ABOUT US
Kids for Korbin was created on October 18, 2014 in Honor of Korbin Rager. A 9 year old Northumberland County boy who was taken from us too soon. Korbin had a passion for outdoor activities such as fishing and sports like wrestling, football, and bowling.
The objective of Kids for Korbin is to ensure that any child who wants to enjoy participating in a sport has the right to do so. The increasing costs of registration fees, uniforms, and sports equipment have made it difficult for many families to be able to budget these costs, leaving the child without the joy of being able to engage in a sport.
By offering scholarships to children in Northumberland County, we are helping children to stay involved in physical activities, which will help them remain healthy. Playing sports will also limit the time they have to come in contact with people, places, and things that could harm. While we cannot keep every child safe, we can lessen the chance of harm to them by helping them play their favorite sport.
This scholarship program can only be made possible through donations and fund raising. Please donate today and help keep one more child safe and involved in sports.
